Yes, the Pet Express Booking App is a free service. You have the option to register through the Pet Express Booking App, or you may also visit your preferred Pet Express store to register. All bookings must be made through the Pet Express Booking App.
You can create and access your booking through the following:
Registration and Login
  • Registering is fast and easy. Just click on the upper-right icon (sign-in) to create an account using your email address.
  • To log in, click on the upper-right icon. Enter your email and password.
Managing Your Account
  • To make changes to the information in your account, just visit your profile page by clicking on the Account Profile icon at the upper-right side of the website.
In case you forget your password, you can reset it by clicking on the Forgot Password option on the login page. We will send you an email to reset your password. If this does not resolve the issue, feel free to contact or send us a message via our Contact Us page, so we can check the status of your account.
Yes! Just check out the list of services and add items to your booking. You may also visit any Pet Express store, and we will help you add items to your booking.
The Pet Express Booking App provides multiple payment options. You may pay online using a debit or credit card, mobile wallets like GCash and GrabPay, or pay in-store.
Yes, the Cancel button will be available on the booking confirmation page and email until 2 hours prior to the booked services. You may also get in touch with us on our Contact Us page. Please indicate your complete name, booking number, booking date, and reason for canceling. We will respond with the cancellation status and details.
We do not charge any fees for the cancellation of bookings within the cancellation period. However, there will be a cancellation/no show fee equivalent to the rate of service/s booked - if you are not able to make your appointment without giving at least 2 hours prior notice.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your booking. For cancellation requests sent to us, we will reply to your request with the cancellation status and details.
If you paid in cash, once your booking has been approved, you will have the option of receiving a credit voucher that can be used at the store to book a replacement of the services you have, or if the services are not available in the store, to buy other products available.

If you paid for your booking via credit card, you may also choose to have the charges reversed. However, this may take longer, depending on your issuing bank. Once processed, we recommend checking your next billing statement for validation. We will process the chargeback once the request has been made in the store.
The credit memo is valid for 30 days, where the first day is the date of issuance. Please visit any of the Pet Express branches to use the credit memo. Please note that we will not be able to extend the validity of the credit memo once it has expired.
The credit memo is as good as cash. Unfortunately, once the credit memo is lost or stolen, we are not able to reprint it again. Please secure the credit memo to ensure the barcode is still readable.
We endeavor to process the refund immediately. For credit card payments, please note the following: There is a same-day 6 p.m. cut-off when processing cancellations and refunds.

Paid bookings placed and cancelled the same day before 6 p.m. will not be posted to your credit card.
No refund is needed.

For paid bookings cancelled after the cut-off, kindly check your next billing statement to verify the refund.

For the health and safety of all pets, guests, and groomers, we require proof of current vaccinations and anti-rabies shots based on your pet's age.

Requirements include:

Dogs:

  • 6 months and older: 8-in-1 vaccination and Anti-Rabies vaccination or 6-in-1 vaccination, Kennel Cough vaccination, and Anti-Rabies vaccination

Cats:

  • 6 months and older: 4-in-1 vaccine and Anti-Rabies vaccination

Please make sure there is at least a 24-hour time compare period between vaccine administration and their grooming service. For questions, we recommend consulting with our Pet Express grooming service or veterinary to ensure that your pet has the proper vaccinations prior to their appointment.

From start to finish, we make your pet’s health and well-being our top priority.

The amount of time a grooming service takes depends on your pet's size and the type of service requested. Each appointment takes approximately 2 hours including 15 mins waiting time. Your groomer will be able to provide an estimated time of completion upon check-in.

Your dog's experience at the grooming area:
  1. Check-in (10 min)
  2. Brush and clip (20 min)
  3. Full haircut (40 min)
  4. Bath and blow dry (40 min)
  5. Report card (10 min)

Minor walk-in only services, unless part of a bath or groom, such as nail trimmings, take approximately 5 minutes, and, depending on grooming availability, no appointment is necessary. However, we recommend calling the store to confirm availability.

A few ways we ensure your pet's safety in the grooming salon are:

  • Completing a comprehensive Pet Express care checklist for every pet upon check-in to ensure nothing looks or feels abnormal. Please note that the Pet Express care checklist is not a substitute for regular examinations and care from a licensed veterinarian. In case there are any concerns, we will refer you to your veterinarian for further consultation.
  • Using ramps or steps for senior dogs to get into the tubs or bathe large dogs on the floor
  • Providing industry-standard, comfortable, and safe kennels
  • Utilizing the Groomer's Helper tool, designed to help safely maintain control of your pet's body and head while on the grooming table

Your puppy can enjoy all our grooming salon services! We offer a puppy shampoo specifically formulated for a gentle cleanse on your puppy’s skin and coat, and all our shampoos are safe for puppies 6 months and older.
